Steven Page Composer, singer, instrumentalist and
founding member of the multi-award winning Barenaked
Ladies, Steven possesses one of the most distinctive and
expressive voices in Canadian Music. We are thrilled to have
him open the 2011 Lowe's Toronto Christmas Market with an
intimate performance of songs from his acclaimed solo
album Page One, some BNL classics as well as a few
special holiday treats.

Toronto Welcomes the Arrival of St Nicholas - Arriving on a White Horse accompanied by his costumed attendants, St Nicholas will make his way to the stage.  He will then open his ‘Big Red Book’ and the gathered children will learn who has been good all year before he leads everyone in songs and stories.  Presented in association with the Community Folk Arts Council of Toronto

His unabashed joy at being on stage is infectious and his musicianship is superb. Add his tendency to regale his audiences with humorous anecdotes, and it comes as no surprise that David is an instant hit with live audiences around the world.

Matt Dusk -  There are swingers and then there is Matt Dusk - a singer, songwriter, producer, arranger and fervent jazz-pop musicologist who has been thrilling audiences world-wide with his interpretations of the Great American standards as well as his own creations.  No doubt his concert at the Lowe's Toronto Christmas Market will also include a few jazz interpretations of great Christmas classics.

Sankta Lucia Celebration   -    The Swedish tradition of Saint Lucia, marks the beginning of the Christmas season and symbolizes the return of lighter days.  Sankta Lucia is a shining angel illuminating the way to the Christmas season. The tradition is marked by a procession of children lead by Saint Lucia, a girl dressed in a long white gown with a red sash and a crown of candles followed by the performance of traditional Christmas songs. Presented by the Swedish School of Halton.
